You regret by giving us written notice, using the word “regret”. You can, for example, send an e-mail to DearWineMaker through the “contact us” section of our website, including your order number, at latest 2 days after receiving the order.
You cannot regret by refusing to receive the products or failing to pick them up.
We will refund your money by the same means of which you have bought them within 14 working days.
You must pay for the return yourself, and please make sure that the products are securely wrapped when you return them. You bear the risk for the package and its value until we receive it. Therefore, please save the postal receipt and track and trace number, if possible.
